New High School & Academy Information

Right: First held in 1949, Sketch Day for JCHS students took place last week. The annual event is hosted by The Jefferson City Art Club.  Students often line downtown sidewalks, using the historic landmarks in Jefferson City as subject matter.  Sketches were completed Monday, judged Monday night, and winners were announced Tuesday.

Families new to JCPS can now enroll all of their children at one convenient location in the lower level of the Board of Education Office, located at 315 E. Dunklin. The Welcome Center is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. , Fridays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and by appointment.
